Hello, It’s me! I had been a little behind on my blog lately but I’m back with lots of new ideas and content to share with ya! So, today is all about cleaning out that wardrobe and letting go of those jeans you’ve probably had since being 18 years old. Little exaggeration? uh no, you’d be surprised how many of us keep useless items of clothing for so many years. Being a fashion blogger with no actual ‘personal style’ means my wardrobe can get a little out of hand sometimes, my rail was ready to collapse last week but my dad came to save the day just in time. I have no more room on my rail whatsoever, so a lot of my clothes get put in a spare room now which my dad is NOT happy about. He’s always confused to why I have so many clothes and why I cling on to things I never actually wear no more. I’ve always been emotionally attached to clothes, is that weird? probably. I find it so hard to get rid of clothes when they have made amazing memories with me, been to places with me, made me look sassy when going through breakups, helped me experiment with style and most important of all, covered up my naked body. Its kind of like a baby’s blanket.
Hey! Hope October is treating you well. I’m definitely feeling the cold here in Huddersfield, I’ve already got the sheepskin and scarf out. My favourite thing about Autumn (AFTER HALLOWEEN OF COURSE!) is the colour palette it brings. The rusty oranges, golden yellows and brick browns give our layered outfits that dreamy Autumn feel.
For this outfit I decided to stick with the orange and brown tones, wearing a burnt orange suede pinny with a cream polka blouse underneath to separate the oranges because we all know the full on dorito wouldn’t be a good look. The CAT boots I featured in a previous post, these babies haven’t been off my feet! They are so so comfy and literally go with anything! I’ve been slipping them on with jeans, mini and midi dresses/skirts and even with culottes.

The bag I managed to grab off Depop as soon as I lay my eyes on it. I fell in love with that rusty orange and mock croc combo so I couldn’t resist. I didn’t realise how big the bag actually was until the postman delivered it. I was expecting a standard size shoulder bag but oh no. Or maybe
the bag isn’t so big but I make it look huge by being so tiny! who knows? Anyhow, it will be a handy bag for when it comes to taking books to uni.
To finish off the look I threw on my leopard coat which is always a favourite every year for autumn/winter and my trusty baker boy hat for those windy bad hair days.
GET SUMMER READY
Hey sunshine babies! I thought I would do a summery post to relate to the Manchester weather, how lovely has the past few days been!? Sadly, it never lasts so enjoy it while it’s still here. Firstly I want to thank Hayley Sellers for being amazing and taking these beautiful photos. You can find her instagram here go go go!
I have to say this is my favourite outfit for The White Pepper, I love the summer vibes it has with the bright colours and the quirky lil briefcase. The briefcase has been in the family for years and it was finally passed down to me a few years ago. I use it every summer for my travels but mainly to carry the 5 pairs of shoes that I never actually end up wearing!
The White Pepper knit I just luuurrrrrrrv! It’s a thin knit in a T-shirt style so it’s suitable to wear for the spring but also takes you through to the summer (if your someone who is a mard and is always cold like me) It’s a really vibrant pink colour with a cute little rainbow on the front which makes it even more adorable! because who doesn’t like rainbows? I paired the knit with a denim button down A-line, a skirt that literally goes with mostly everything but you could also wear it with some cropped denim kick flares or cut off shorts. Denim is always a must have during spring/summer and it goes nicely paired with lighter shades. To finish the look I wore white jelly shoes which take me back to the 90’s every time I wear them and a pair of love heart sunglasses to add that extra bit of summer lovin’
